It's the conscious mind which can often hinder the success of other forms of psychological work, such as counselling or psychotherapy. With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, the client and the therapist work together to focus on the changes that the client wants to make in their life. Beneficial results are often achieved faster than with other therapies, because we don't focus on the problems, we focus on the goals that the client wants to achieve. Is it safe? No-one can be hypnotised against their will and even when in trance people can still reject any of the suggestions given, if they're not appropriate. Hypnotherapy has been used to help...
