Yoga This traditional form of yoga, sometimes called viniyoga, follows the teachings of Krishnamacharya & aims to meet you where you are. 

There is emphasis on the relationship between the body and breath, with the asana (postures) providing good preparation for pranayama (seated breathing) and meditation. If these ideas are new to you, this will be a great starting place to begin your yoga and meditation practice. If you already practice, the space is provided to continue with your exploration.

Classes are limited to 10 spaces and arranged in terms.


These times are available through the year:


Wednesdays: 1800-1915; and 1930-2100

Fridays: 0730-0830


During August there is a limited timetable:

Fridays: 0730-0830
